Self-Print Placement & Sign-Up

PRIDE Reading Program (Self-Print Program) is cumulative and each level builds upon the previous one.  For this reason, we recommend that most students start somewhere between Beginning Consonants or Level 1 through Level 3.  Please look through each of the Level descriptions below to find out which level is the best fit. The level numbers in the program do not correspond to grade levels.

Beginning Consonants (Self-Print Program)

Beginning Consonants is for students who are ready to learn or are struggling with letter recognition. Students should be strong with their beginning consonants before moving up to Level 1.

By the end of Beginning Consonants, your child will read, write and sound out each of these consonants.
